When the owners of a tasca in Villalonga sought to renovate their space, they faced the challenge of transforming a deteriorated locale into a modern and attractive place, without losing the essence of authentic traditional tascas. From the first meeting, the creative concept focused on maintaining original elements, such as the old brick and the interior patio, as pillars of the design, providing warmth and a unique vintage air.
The result is a space that combines whitewashed walls, retro decor with curious objects and a cozy atmosphere where to enjoy the fusion cuisine of Edgar, the chef behind the culinary proposal. Every corner invites you to linger, thanks to details such as colorful cushions and denim, which separate the spaces with a punk and comfortable touch, adding character and authenticity to the atmosphere.
This project demonstrates that the identity of a place can be reinvented without losing its roots, turning an old tavern in the heart of the village into a design and gastronomic reference that captivates both for its style and its offer.
